K9 Detection Specialists is operated by Darren, a professional dog trainer based in the United Kingdom.

2. Services

K9 Detection Specialists provides professional dog training services including, but not limited to: basic skills training, lead handling, behaviour and obedience, German Shepherd specialist training, and drugs and explosives detection dog training.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

3. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed at the time of booking. Payment terms will be communicated to you directly before your session is confirmed.

Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change. Any changes to pricing will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
• In the event that we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Your Responsibilities

When attending a training session, you agree to:

• Ensure your dog is in good health and up to date with vaccinations
• Disclose any known behavioural issues, health conditions, or history of aggression before the session
• Maintain appropriate control of your dog at all times when not under direct instruction
• Follow all safety guidance provided by the trainer
• Ensure you have the legal right to make decisions regarding the dog's training

6. Liability

K9 Detection Specialists takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of you, your dog, and others during training sessions. However, dog training involves inherent risks and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

We accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your failure to follow the trainer's instructions, or from undisclosed behavioural or health issues with your dog.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and training materials — is the property of K9 Detection Specialists and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time.
